One of the road signs has been damaged and lifted out of it's fixings on the new road island. It has been bent over and left partly on the island and partly on the road. This could cause an issue if on coming traffic don't realise the new island is there. Please repair.

This has been left for years and need action. See above for what is wrong. These conifers have been a problem since the houses went up on Finchley Court as before the abattoir. But since the houses went up no one maintains them. For years they have been left and they ar casing a problem with becoming out of control and so high that they overhang the back passage to St Leonard's Ave which is where I live. They block my daylight into my home and also people have tried to cut them and dumped to rubbish in our back passage. This also crates a problem with fly tipping and access to rear gardens. I have enclosed photos from my back garden and also from the passage and Fincley court. When it's winding they are so big I worry about it causing damage to my property. I have reported to the local council and even got my local MP involve and nobody wants to know. So we are stuck. We have also tried to contact the builder of Fincley Court and nobody wants to know.

The waste bin in this location was tipped over and has been broken from the fixings attached to the pavement. I have relocated the bin and picked up the rubbish that was on the pavement. The bin needs fixing to the ground again so it can't be tipped over and vandalised. Please could this be given some attention as it has happened previously.

The carriageway outside the new swimming pool is in a terrible state. It really should have been included in the works to repair the road. It is a disgrace.

There are numerous pot holes down the entire length of the road, specifically at every expansion joint of the concrete sub base. The road is suffering from severe delamination of the black top from the expansion joints along the curb sides resulting in 2" drops to the cast iron works. Reinstatement work has been carried out in the past which is in good condition. For reference my wife used to work for a road resurfacing company
